What's Going On in Grand Rapids Cheer World?

  • POM & DANCE TEAMS we are performing at FHN girl's basket ball game on Fri., Feb 19th.  Our final competitive is at Davenport College on Sun., Feb. 21st.
  • F*H COMPETITIVE CHEER, we are in Lowell Sat. Feb 6th.  And at Forest Hills Northern Mon. Feb 15th come check us out!!!!
  • Forest Hills SIDELINE CHEER Registrations take place in April, we cheer at FHYFL football games
  • NEW this year we will have 3 ALL STAR teams consisting of all ages, tryouts will take place the end of April.
  • GYMNASTICS CLASSES, still happening at GRG on Monday nights.  Come have fun with us!!!

At Forest Hills Spirit Cheer & Poms we feel there is more to the sports than cheer & dance. 

  • It’s about teaching the cheerleaders/dancers life lessons and helping them grow up. 
  • The mission of Forest Hills Spirit Cheer & Poms is to teach and demonstrate important life-skills to our children. 
  • Our goal is to build self-confidence & self-esteem in your child, while motivating them to reach their athletic potential in the sport of cheerleading and dance. 
  • We will also encourage teamwork and create a fun atmosphere that respects the diversity of each individual.
